What You’ll Do

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with the Technical Architect to implement architectural strategies and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Lead the team in frontend and backend development activities, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Actively participate in solving complex technical challenges and provide hands-on support for critical development tasks.

Solution Development

• Design and develop scalable solutions using js, Node.js, and GraphQL (Apollo Server).
• Contribute to the creation of responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Fluent UI and modern frontend technologies.
• Optimize APIs and backend services for performance, scalability, and security.

Integration & Data Management

• Implement seamless integrations with third-party APIs, ensuring reliability and data security.
• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB), ensuring performance optimization and scalability.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure deliverables meet compliance standards like GDPR, DPDPA, and ISO 27001.
• Collaborate with the QA and DevOps teams to maintain secure coding practices and high system quality.

Testing, CI/CD, and Deployment

• Define and implement unit and integration testing using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and Chai.
• Work with DevOps to ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues to maintain high system availability.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed documentation for technical designs, processes, and testing workflows.
• Report progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and the Technical Architect.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in js, Node.js, GraphQL, and database management (MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, containerization using Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR, DPDPA, and secure software development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Domain expertise in Financial Services, FinTech, or related industries is highly preferred.

As a Designer Intern, you will leverage your expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and image manipulation to craft visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our core product offerings to customers.

Collaborating closely with our design team, design lead, project managers you will contribute to the creation of high-quality assets for both print and digital platforms. Your work will play a key role in maintaining a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, clickables, vectors, micro-animations, branding, and site maps to effectively convey interaction and design concepts.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Understand product specifications and user psychology.
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in graphic design or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
• Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
• Proficiency in using Figma, Adobe products (like After Effect, Illustrator, and Photoshop), AI tools.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
